What kind of stuff do you sell?
We sell high-quality watersports gear, like soft top surfboards, paddleboards, and accessories. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced surfer or paddler, we've got you covered.
How can I place an order?
You can order on our website or by reaching out to our customer support team at email@example.com. We're happy to answer any questions you have about our products or the ordering process.
Can I get your products shipped outside of the Canada?
Sorry, we currently only ship within the Canada & USA. But we may be able to do something custom if we start with a quote. So contact us if you are interested in getting something shipped abroad firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you ever have any sales or discounts?

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we offer a 30-day any reason returns policy. If you're not satisfied with your product, you can return it to us. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes! We stand behind the quality and safety of our products, and we offer warranties ranging from 30 days to 1 year depending on the product. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for more information.
Shipping & Delivery
Where are you based?
We are based in Riverside California, but we have teammates in Canada and the east coast.
How long does it take to receive my surfboard?
We typically process orders within 2 business days, and shipping within the USA usually takes between 5-7 business days. Please note that there may be delays due to Coronavirus.
Do you offer discounted shipping fees?
Yes! We know shipping costs can be expensive, especially during Covid. That's why we cover typically around 70% of shipping costs for our customers. The subsidized shipping prices are shown at checkout and after paying our part generally around:
- $80-100 for larger items (longboard surfboards, kayaks, paddle boards, etc.)
- $50-70 for short boards and some mid-size surfboards
- $20 or lower for smaller items (bodyboards, skimboards, etc.)
